He holds a bachelor's Degree from a top-ranked University in Ghana (KNUST) and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from now Takoradi Technical University and has worked in the field of automobile and plant-related industry for over 13+ years in technical engineering, supervisory and managerial experience in one of the nation-leading company in Ghana and have a strong interest in the field of engineering practice in heavy duty machinery and other plant-related machinery.
With his eagerness in problem solving and hardworking nature, he has risen from the rank of a Technician Trainee through Technician, A Field Service Engineer, Technical Supervisor and to his current position as The Acting Operations Manager heading the branch office of J A Plant Pool in Kumasi, of which my achievement is noted by all despite his limited period stay. He provided mentorship and leadership role to his team and colleagues in Accra raising their self-esteem and ability to work independently which has increased their work output tremendously.
He is a registered member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and a professional engineer as such (PE), he strives to promote and adhere to engineering standards and codes with due regard to workplace occupational health, safety and environmental awareness.
Eben can develop, implement and monitor technical strategies, policies, and procedures, provide quality services, proper diagnosing of faults, strategic planning, workshop management, Teamwork, Training staff, Safety and development staff.
