Meet Our Team

Mrs. Belinda Naa Odey Amarteifio is a Human Resource Professional who focuses on business issues and working with line managers to deliver performance targets. She has valuable experience in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, and Event Organisation. Belinda holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the Central University College, Accra, and an MBA (Finance Option) from Methodist University, Ghana.  She also holds a certificate in Data Processing and Management (IDPM) and has attended several Short Courses.  She is a licentiate member of Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultant (CIAMC) and a global member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

Before joining Waste Landfills Co. Ltd as Human Resource and Admin Manager, she has served in managerial position as Head of Human Resource and Compliance at Transport and General Holding Co. Ltd. She had worked with the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), Coconut Groove Regency Hotel, and Ghana Airports Company Ltd. She had also worked extensively with Hotel Shangri-La and Cutting Edge Ghana Ltd.  In her successful carrier, she had the opportunity to successfully co-ordinate the first-ever ICT for Government; conference, and exhibition for three years running.  She was the Administrator for an ICT Magazine; CTN.  As a member of the Royal Commonwealth Society (RCS), she had the opportunity to work with the RCS in London at the Public Affairs / Youth CHOGM Department as an Intern.
